This policy explains what information Togethread collects when you use togethread.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to quote your order and reply to you.
What we collect
- Information you give us when you submit a quote or inquiry form: your email, and optionally your name/organization, quantity, deadline, and design details you choose to share.
- Basic usage data if analytics is enabled: pages viewed and approximate region, collected in aggregate to improve the site. We do not sell this data.
How we use it
- To prepare your quote and free mockup, and to respond to your request.
- To process an order you choose to place (design proofs, production updates, delivery).
- To understand which pages are useful and improve our guides.
Service providers we use
We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site and handle your request. They process data only to provide their service:

We never enter or store your full payment-card details — payments are handled directly by PayPal under their own terms.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising cookies. First-party browser storage only helps us tell whether a browser continued to another page during the same visit or returned on a later day. We do not create a visitor ID or store contact details in this measurement. The browser keeps only the latest visit day, an in-session page count, the current path, and campaign labels for the current tab; our measurement endpoint receives aggregate event counts, coarse scroll-depth and section-reach events, current and referring page paths, referring domain, and campaign source, campaign name, and content label when present. Page-to-page movement and campaign performance are stored only as aggregate counts, not as an individual browsing history. Those browsing events are not attached to your name or email. If you submit a quote form, the contact and order details you intentionally provide are stored separately in our private inquiry ledger so we can respond and avoid losing your request.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and order correspondence only as long as needed to serve you and meet basic record-keeping needs, then delete it on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the personal information you've shared at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Children
Our service is for organizations and adults arranging group orders; it is not directed at children under 13.
