Order Terms

1. Payment. 50% deposit to begin; balance due before shipment. We send QC photos of your finished shirts before requesting the balance. All payments via PayPal invoice.
2. Artwork approval. Production starts only after you approve the digital proof by email reply ("Approved"). Changes after approval may incur costs or delays.
3. Copyright. By submitting artwork, you confirm you own it or are licensed to use it, and you accept responsibility for its content. We refuse orders containing trademarked or branded content (sports teams, characters, logos) that you do not own.
4. Delivery. 15–20 business days from proof approval, door-to-door, duties included (DDP). We do not accept orders for events less than 3 weeks away. Your estimated delivery window is confirmed in writing with your quote.
5. Quality guarantee. Misprinted or defective shirts, or shirts that do not match the approved proof, are reprinted free or refunded — send photos within 7 days of delivery.
6. Custom goods. As all items are made to order, returns are not accepted for reasons other than defects, wrong items, or non-conformity with the approved proof.
