STRAIGHT ANSWERS FOR CLASS ADVISORS

Senior class shirt FAQ

What is the minimum order for senior class shirts?

The coordinated order minimum is 50 pieces. Compatible sizes can share the same approved class design, while garment, color, size-range, and personalization differences are confirmed in the written quote.

Can senior T-shirts and hoodies be planned together?

Sometimes. Start with one master class design and list each garment and quantity separately. We confirm which compatible garment and decoration combinations can share the order before approval.

Can every senior name appear on the back?

Yes, when the class provides one finalized and proofread roster. Names are reproduced from the approved list, so the organizer and school should complete a dedicated spelling review before production.

Can youth, adult, and extended sizes be mixed?

Yes. Keep all requested sizes in one roster. Any blank-specific availability or price difference for youth and extended sizes is shown before the order is approved.

Can the design use our mascot and school colors?

Yes, if the school owns the artwork or has permission to use it. Send the clearest available logo or mascot file and the official color references so the first direction starts accurately.

How early should Class of 2027 shirts be ordered?

Start about 6–7 weeks before the shirts are needed. That protects time for class feedback, school approval, size and name collection, production, delivery, and sorting. The specific delivery date is confirmed in writing before production.

What should a senior class design brief include?

Six items are enough to start: school name, Class of 2027, approved mascot or symbol, school colors, the event or wear date, and whether the back needs names, a motto, or both.
